  1. Can I change the colours for one of the products in your shop to match my room?

    Absolutely, YES! I love custom orders! If you see something you like, but would like to change it up to suit your decor, just let me know! I will do my best to work with you and come up with a final product that you will love.

  2. Where do you ship? How much will shipping cost?

    Hidden Room ships via Canada Post small package surface delivery.
    Delivery within Canada is usually 4-7 days.
    Delivery within North America is usually 6-12 days.
    For everywhere else, it can take up to 4-6 weeks.

    You may upgrade to AIR shipment for an additional charge. Please email me for an estimate to your location. Packages will be insured with Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided.

    Currently we ship to Canada and the US, but will gladly provide a quote to ship elsewhere in the world.

    If you are located near Fergus, Ontario we can sometimes work out a pick up/drop off options as well.

  3. How should I pay for my artwork?

    Payment should be made via PayPal. Item(s) will not be shipped until full payment has been made. If you are local to Fergus, Ontario area, and would like to make alternate arrangements (ie. drop off cash payment or pick up to avoid shipping costs), please email me.

    Refunds will not be provided for custom orders once the e-proof has been approved by the client and production has begun.

  4. How can I be sure that I will like my custom artwork?

    For custom orders, an e-proof will be provided to give you an idea of the concept for the final design. This e-proof will include a sample of the font to be used, paper colours, embellishments and fabric (if applicable).

    We’ll work closely together to be sure that the final product is something that you love.

  5. What if I receive my artwork and I don’t like it or it is damaged?

    Well, I certainly hope this never happens, but I definitely would like to know about it and work with you to find a solution if you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase.

    For custom orders, an e-proof will be provided to give the customer an idea of the concept for the final design. If an order is cancelled before I have begun production (ie. before a cut has been made) a full refund will be provided.  ***Please note that refunds will not be provided for custom orders once the e-proof has been approved by the client and production has begun.

    All items will be carefully packaged, however if an item has been damaged in transit, please advise within 7 days of receiving the item so that I can do my best to rectify the situation for you. Due to the custom nature of the majority of my products, it may sometimes be difficult to replicate a damaged item exactly.
